Our virtual Clinical Assessment Service (CAS) aims to resolve your concern through a telephone consultation.
Following your initial assessment by our NHS 111 service, your call might be transferred into our Clinical Assessment Service. Our team of clinicians within our CAS will further assess your symptoms, with the aim of efficiently and effectively solving your problem.
If our clinicians in our CAS can't resolve your issue over the phone then they’ll book you for a face-to-face appointment.
We provide clinical assessment services across mid and south Essex, Norfolk and Waveney, and Kent.
