At IC24 we are an experienced provider of primary care services.
We are proud to have provided the service at Hastings Primary Care Hub for 12 years now, ensuring that patients - specifically vulnerable patients - have access to primary care support, and that being unregistered with a GP surgery isn't a barrier to care.
Based within the Station Plaza building in the heart of Hastings, the Hub neighbours the Station Plaza Pharmacy, our 100-hour pharmacy which provides a wide range of services to the local community.
We are currently developing our approach to primary care more widely across East Sussex.
Our partnership approach is innovative, and we have a number of ways in which we can support practices to continue to deliver a much-valued service to their patients.
