Patient Experience and Engagement
At IC24 we are on a journey to ensure that patients have the opportunity to feed back on the service that they receive, and have the opportunity to contribute their valued opinions as we create new services and improve existing services.
The purpose of our forum is:
- To work in partnership with patients and involve them in decisions about their care
- To listen to what ‘best care’ means to our patients.
- To involve patients and public in decisions about the way services will change and develop in the future.
- To support our patients in managing their own health and maximising their wellbeing.
