Our Impact

In December 2022:

  • We provided a total of 1,823 appointments to our patients, both face to face and by telephone
  • We supported a further 1,645 people by signposting them to another service
  • We received 390 compliments
Patient Feedback

If you are unhappy with the care you received, we will aim to resolve your concerns quickly and sensitively. You can raise your concerns to the reception team at the centre, or alternatively fill in our written complaints form.

We invite our patients to provide feedback and answer the question 'would you recommend our service to your friends and family?'
