Hastings Primary Care Hub
Based at Station Plaza Health Centre in the town centre, our primary care hub provides appointments for residents and visitors to the town.
The hub doesn’t hold a registered list of patients, so you can attend regardless of whether you are registered with a GP practice or not.
The service is delivered by a team of Advanced Nurse Practitioners and is open from 8am until 6.30pm on weekdays, 8am until 8pm at the weekend, and 8am to 8pm on Bank Holidays.
We operate an appointment system and see patients face to face, by video consultation or over the telephone. You may be asked to come back for your appointment, or to go home and wait for a telephone call.
We can treat a variety of conditions from the hub, including:
- Minor illness/infection
- Minor injuries
- Abdominal pain
- General pain
- Urinary tract infections
- Skin complaints/rashes
- Wound care
If you are unsure please speak to our Reception team, who will be able to advise you, or redirect you to the most appropriate service.
If you are registered with a GP practice please contact your own surgery in the first instance to ensure continuity of care.
You can contact the hub by calling 01424 884410. Our address is Hastings Primary Care Hub, Station Plaza Health Centre, Station Approach, Hastings TN34 1BA.
Please do not enter the Primary Care Hub if you have COVID-19 symptoms or have tested positive in the past 10 days. Please call us instead.
If you need to speak to a clinician when the centre is closed, please call NHS 111 for advice.
Just across from the Primary Care Hub you'll find our Station Plaza Pharmacy. The pharmacy is open every day of the week, and can support you with a variety of needs.
