Hastings Primary Care Hub

We’re IC24, an NHS healthcare provider right here in your neighbourhood. We listen, we respect, and we tailor care to fit you.

Our Primary Care Hub in Hastings is based at Station Plaza Health Centre, right in the heart of the town. Whether you’re a local resident or just visiting, you’re welcome to use the service — no need to be registered with a GP practice.

The hub is led by a team of experienced Advanced Nurse Practitioners and is open seven days a week — from 8am to 6.30pm on weekdays, and 8am to 8pm on weekends and Bank Holidays. We offer appointments face to face, over the phone, or via video consultation, depending on your needs.

We treat a range of minor conditions at the hub, including:

  • Minor illness or infections

  • Minor injuries

  • Abdominal or general pain

  • Urinary tract infections

  • Skin complaints or rashes

  • Wound care

 

Appointments are required — you may be asked to return later in the day or wait at home for a telephone consultation. If you're unsure whether the hub is the right place for your care, our friendly reception team is happy to help or point you in the right direction.

If you are already registered with a GP practice, we encourage you to contact them first to help keep your care consistent. But if you need us, we’re here.

Our Impact

In December 2022:

  • We provided a total of 1,823 appointments to our patients, both face to face and by telephone
  • We supported a further 1,645 people by signposting them to another service
  • We received 390 compliments

If you are unhappy with the care you received, we will aim to resolve your concerns quickly and sensitively. You can raise your concerns to the reception team at the centre, or alternatively fill in our written complaints form.
