At IC24 we’re on a journey to create a working culture where everyone is included and has a personal sense of belonging. We are committed to ensuring inclusivity and belonging is brought to life and integrated as a core part of the work we do and the services we deliver on a daily basis. In September 2021 we introduced four new Colleague Resource Groups (CRGs), each sponsored by a member of the Executive team, to help bring our vision to life and ensuring that our people feel empowered to be their best and true self whilst at work.
