If you apply on-line for a position with Integrated Care 24 we will use the information you provide to assist in the recruitment process.

 

We process (e.g. record and use) all personal and sensitive personal data in line with the Data Protection Act 2018 and The General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679. This information is necessary to enable us to take steps prior to entering into a contract and is necessary for the purpose of carrying out obligations and exercising specific rights in the field of employment law should your application be successful.

 

We will process your personal and sensitive personal data for our internal records, in the context of equal opportunity monitoring and to assist in the selection for employment process. We use your data only within Integrated Care 24. Our software provider has access to your data to provide IC24 with appropriate reports. Integrated Care 24 requires the software provider to comply strictly with our instructions and they do not use your personal information for their own business purposes.

 

We will not send your personal data outside of the EU and do not allow our software provider to do this either.

 

Your personal information will be retained for only 12 months as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which the information was collected, or as required by law, unless you give explicit consent.
