Primary and Community Care
Primary Care built for you and your neighbourhood — making healthcare easier, more human, and centred on your life.
What We Do
At IC24, our Primary Care services are focused on being the first and most trusted point of contact for patients seeking non-emergency healthcare. We’re here to support individuals, families, and communities with compassionate care that spans prevention, diagnosis, treatment, and long-term condition management—ensuring that patients receive the right help, at the right time.
Our growing network of services includes GP surgeries, walk-in access hubs, outreach programmes, and specialist response teams. From routine care and minor illness treatment, to supporting the homeless community in Hastings or delivering antiviral COVID-19 treatment in Norfolk and Waveney, our aim is to meet people where they are—whether at home, in the community, or at one of our care centres.
We currently care for over 14,000 registered patients across three Sussex GP practices, delivering a sustainable mix of face-to-face and remote care that puts patient needs and clinical resource at the centre. In Hastings, our Primary Care Hub offers same-day appointments to both residents and visitors—no registration required. And through our Roving GP service, we provide home visits for patients with complex or urgent needs, working alongside paramedics, care homes, and hospital discharge teams to keep people safely out of hospital where possible.
From everyday health needs to complex care planning, IC24’s Primary Care services are here to support healthier lives—right at the heart of your community.
