IC24 Welcomes Carolyn Woolley as Chief People Officer
Putting our people at the heart of everything we do
We’re pleased to welcome Carolyn Woolley to Integrated Care 24 (IC24) as our new Chief People Officer.
Carolyn brings over 20 years of experience in leading organisational transformation, empowering teams, and fostering cultures of continuous improvement. Her background spans the private, public, and not-for-profit sectors, including senior HR leadership roles at the MS Society, Bromley Hospitals NHS Trust, the City of London Police, and the National Crime Agency.
Carolyn joins us at an exciting time, as we continue to evolve our people strategy and strengthen our commitment to being a great place to work. She will be building on the strong foundations laid by Katherine Pitts, who has led the People function over the past year alongside her role as Chief Strategy and Transformation Officer.
From enhancing recruitment and deepening our commitment to equality, diversity, and inclusion, to encouraging meaningful staff engagement, the last year has been marked by significant progress. We’re confident that under Carolyn’s leadership, we will continue to make IC24 an even more inclusive, supportive, and inspiring place to work.
