IC24 awarded 'Ones to Watch' status in Best Companies survey
The status recognises organisations where workplace engagement shows promising signs for the future.
We are really proud to announce that the results of our annual b-Heard survey are in…. And IC24 has been awarded 'Ones to Watch' status!
In 2019 IC24 transitioned its annual employee survey process to the b-Heard survey, which invites colleagues to score the organisation under eight key factors, which include areas such as wellbeing, personal growth, leadership and pay and benefits.
The results are used to calculate a verified measure of engagement, and this year IC24 achieved 'Ones to Watch' status. This is a special status awarded to organisations where workplace engagement shows promising signs for the future, and reflects organisations with good levels of workplace engagement.
Our scores increased in six of the eight categories compared to the previous time we ran the survey.
The comments within the survey will help us identify further opportunities to make IC24 a better place to work, based on our employees' feedback.
Andrew Catto, IC24 Chief Executive, said: "I'm so proud of our organisation that - even in the midst of responding to a global pandemic - we have managed to continue to improve our employees' experience of working for IC24.
To be accredited as a 'Ones to Watch' organisation is a fantastic achievement in itself, but set against the backdrop of what we have all had to deal with in the past year it is an even bigger achievement.
This is not the end of the journey though; far from it. Next year the aim will be to push on and achieve a one, two or even three star rating and we will continue to focus on improving the organisation, as every improvement helps our people, and supports us in delivering a top quality service for our patients."
