It’s hard to believe that twelve months have passed since we held our inaugural Compliment Awards ceremony to honour the outstanding work of our Health Advisors. The awards were established to recognise those who have gone above and beyond in delivering exceptional service, and we're thrilled to celebrate once again!

 

This year, 23 individuals were successful in receiving awards, each recognised for their dedication, professionalism, and the positive impact they’ve had on the lives of patients. These awards are based on the number of compliments received, a true reflection of the value and appreciation shown by those they serve.

 

A standout achievement this year was one Health Advisor who received both the 25 and 30 compliment badges, making them the first to achieve such a high distinction. 

 

These awards highlight the ongoing efforts of all our Health Advisors who strive to provide exceptional care every day. We’re incredibly proud of everyone who received an award, and we look forward to continuing to celebrate the amazing work happening within our team.
