We are delighted to announce that the Chartered Management Institute (CMI) has officially recognised and approved our "Living Our Values Everyday" Leadership Development Programme.

 

This prestigious endorsement means that all IC24 managers who complete the course will receive a professional, recognised CMI certification.

 

The CMI is the only Chartered body in the UK dedicated to awarding Management and Leadership certificates and qualifications. Additionally, it is the sole body that confers the title of Chartered Manager, the highest accolade for professional managers. This partnership represents a significant milestone for IC24, reflecting our commitment to fostering leadership excellence within our organisation.

 

By aligning our Leadership Development Programme with CMI standards, we ensure that our managers are equipped with the highest level of professional development. This certification not only validates their skills and knowledge but also enhances their credibility and career prospects within the industry.
