Telephone Customer Care Co-ordinator/Operational Navigator           Reference: ACCC040C

Are you patient focused, organized and wanting to use your skills to work in a busy environment? Are you looking for a new challenge? We are currently recruiting for a Telephone Customer Care Coordinator/Operational Navigator within our Dispatch team to work out of hours.

The job would include managing the effective distribution of calls from other healthcare services and patients where appropriate in a professional and courteous manner and to record all details accurately. The job role is a fast paced, buzzing and every day is different!

You will join an experienced team of Operational Navigators and Senior Operational Navigators who organise patient care behind the scenes.

Salary:                               £16,972 - £20,628 pro rata per annum

Location:                           Ashford Care Co-ordination Centre, Kent

Contract Type:                  Permanent

Hours of Work:                  Monday 18.00-00.00, Wednesday 18.00-00.00, Thursday 18.00-00.00 and Friday 18.00-00.00 & Saturday and Sundays 08.00-00.00.
