Senior Telephone Customer Care Co-ordinator/ Senior Operational Navigator                                            Reference: ACCC05B

Are you patient focused, organized and wanting to use your skills to work in a busy environment? Are you looking for a new challenge? We are currently recruiting for a Senior Operational Navigator within our Dispatch team to work out of hours.

The job would include managing the effective distribution of all calls to all available clinical resources working against Quality Requirement standards. The job role is a fast paced, buzzing and every day is different!

You will join an experienced of Operational Navigators and Senior Operational Navigators who organise patient care behind the scenes.

Location                         Kingston House, Ashford working together with various bases across the UK

Hours Available              Various hours available during the week nights and weekends including bank holidays
