The Care Quality Commission (CQC) are the independent regulator of health and social care in England. They make sure health and social care services provide people with safe, effective, compassionate, high-quality care and encourage care services to improve.
The CQC monitor, inspect and regulate services to make sure they meet fundamental standards of quality and safety and then publish what they find, including performance ratings to help people choose care.
All of the services that we provide at Integrated Care 24 Ltd are all registered with CQC. We are inspected during unannounced visits where they ensure that we are providing our patients with safe, effective, compassionate and high quality care.
