Interim Complaints Lead                                                                                                                           Ref: CS067

If this sounds like you, we have an excellent opportunity to join a busy team who are committed to delivering a professional and high quality service solving complex and challenging complaints. We’re striving to turn around complaints quickly and professionally and we need great people to be able to do this ensuring that best procedure and practices are implemented in achieving this. You will join a team of 4 and work closely with all our localities and provide support to a team of Clinical Governance Officers.

This is an 8 month fixed term contract, working 37.5 hours per week, covering maternity leave, based in Ashford, Kent.
