If this sounds like you, we have an excellent opportunity to join our team who are committed to ensuring that all services within the locality deliver the defined range of primary and urgent care services in an effective, efficient and safe manner. To provide strong and effective leadership and line management to your team within your designated area in the locality ensuring the delivery of high quality service, working with your locality colleagues to strengthen locality working relationships and integration of services.

We are committed to recruiting and retaining great people to deliver excellent patient care. You will join the management team for operations and work closely with the Operations Managers in your area of the Locality. The role requires you to provide strong and effective leadership, training, continued development and assessment of your team whilst effectively delivering high quality daily management. Your team are based across the locality so travel between sites is a requirement.

This is a permanent contract, 37.5 hours per week which includes evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
