Nurse Prescriber                         Quote Reference: GPLHC037

We have an exciting opportunity to join our team at the Eastbourne Station Health Centre. The centre serves the local community both as a registered practice and walk in centre. We are ideally looking to recruit a full time Nurse prescriber but we will consider experienced Practice Nurses without the prescribing qualification. The centre offers exceptional patient access to both registered and walk in patients, 7 days a week. We have an excellent multi-disciplinary innovative team and the fascinating workload will inspire anyone with an interest in both general practice and urgent care.

You will be responsible for the delivery of general practice nursing to the whole practice population and face to face consultations for both registered and walk in patients presenting with unscheduled primary care conditions and minor illness needs. You will provide and maintain a high standard of nursing care for all patients as well as providing nursing assistance to the doctors and the other members of the centre team.

You will be fully supported to develop special interests in line with agreed objectives and encouraged to contribute to the development of the practice and be an equal and valued member of the team.

We are high achieving, forward thinking and encourage co-working across site and involvement in CCG initiatives.

We were recently awarded “Good” in all our CQC inspections.
