Do you have good knowledge and understanding of the East Kent area, and can use various IT equipment including PC and Sat Nav, and have a full clean driving licence? Are you able to show fantastic care and compassion to patients and willing to work evenings and weekends as the norm for our out of hours service? If so we would love to hear from you.
The dual job purpose of this exciting role is to transport GPs on visits around the locality to visit patients, whilst providing a point of contact for patients upon arrival at dedicated base, welcoming them and ensuring their confidentiality is maintained at all times.
You'll have the ability to maintain an accurate log of waiting patients on the system and ensure that they are directed to the relevant clinicians as soon as possible and in priority order. Each patient seen should then be given a Patient Experience Questionnaire (PFQ) to complete of their experience of our out of hours service

Location Ashford (but with flexibility to work at other bases)
Hours Available 13 hrs per week including at least one nightshift on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday
